Dear Valued ImpriMed Customers,

As you may be aware, a significant heatwave is currently affecting various regions across the United States. In light of these challenging conditions, we kindly request your attention to the following important shipping instructions:

• We ask that you add an additional layer of insulation, such as Styrofoam, Mylar, or bubble wrap.

• Furthermore, placing the package into another insulated box or mailer would greatly assist in maintaining lower temperatures during transit.
  ‍
• Prior to shipment, please ensure that all ice packs are frozen.
  ‍
• In the event that the FedEx pickup is missed, we strongly advise storing the samples in a fridge (4°C or 40°F) and sending out the sample the following day with newly frozen ice packs.
