As we approach the Juneteenth holiday and Independence Day, we want to keep you informed about our shipping schedule for the weeks of June 19th and July 4th, respectively.
While ImpriMed fully supports the importance and significance of the Juneteenth observance, we know cancer does not take time off. During the week of Juneteenth, our lab will remain open from Monday, June 17th through Saturday, June 22nd. We'll be fully operational, ready to receive your samples, and conduct business as usual.
Regarding Independence Day, if you've gathered patient samples on July 3rd (Wednesday) for our ImpriMed Personalized Prediction Profile, Drug Response Predictions, Immunoprofile, Flow Cytometry, and PARR for Canine Lymphoma & Leukemia, we kindly request that you store them in the refrigerator and ship them on Friday. This ensures optimal sample conditions during transit.
For MDR1 standalone services with standard or expedited shipping labels, you have the option to ship the samples on July 3rd (Wednesday).
Please be aware that FedEx, our shipping partner, won't be able to pick up or deliver packages on July 4th due to the holiday observance. However, normal pickup and delivery services will resume the following day, ensuring your packages reach our lab promptly.
