As the Independence Day holiday approaches, we would like to inform you about our shipping schedule for the week of July 4th.
- If you have collected patient samples on July 3rd (Monday) for our ImpriMed Personalized Prediction Profile, Immunoprofile, Flow Cytometry, and PARR for Canine Lymphoma & Leukemia, we kindly request that you store the samples in the refrigerator and ship them on Wednesday. This will ensure the samples remain in optimal condition during transit.
- For MDR1 standalone services with standard or expedited shipping labels, you have the option to ship the samples on July 3rd (Monday) itself.
- Please note that our shipping partner, FedEx, will not be able to pick up or deliver packages on July 4th due to the holiday observance. However, normal pickup and delivery services will resume the following day, allowing your packages to be delivered to our lab.
