Dexamethasone and Mechlorethamine are now included in the AI-driven Single Drug Response Models

January 12, 2023

Happy New Year!

We’re kicking off 2023 with an important report update. Thanks to your contributions in providing post-ImpriMed patient medical records, we used machine learning (ML) to develop single drug response models for Dexamethasone and Mechlorethamine.

Our Personalized Prediction Profile now provides you with AI-driven single drug response prediction scores for 12 out of 13 commonly used drugs instead of the 10 you are used to. Dexamethasone and Mechlorethamine prediction scores now appear alongside scores for Doxorubicin, Cyclophosphamide, Vincristine, Vinblastine, Prednisone, Rabacfosadine (Tanovea®), L-Asparaginase, Lomustine, Mitoxantrone, and Chlorambucil. With this AI update, we also improved the Tanovea® model's sensitivity and specificity by 6% and 5%, respectively, and boosted the Vincristine model's specificity by 10%.

We believe that having AI-driven predictions for these two additional drugs will further support the personalized treatment plans you create for each of your patients.
