Accepted Sample Types
- Cytology: 3-4 air-dried, unstained slides with thin smears of cells from an FNA.
- Blood Smear Review: 3-4 air-dried, unstained slides with thin smears of cells from blood, plus whole blood in an EDTA-treated tube.
- Fluid Analysis: 3-4 air-dried, unstained slides with thin smears of cells from fluid, plus the collected fluid in an EDTA-treated tube.
- If adding PARR and/or Multidrug Sensitivity Genotyping (MDR1), include an additional 3-4 slides.
